Reverse Pipetting Approach: When working with viscous solutions or solutions prone to bubbles, we can utilize a reverse pipetting technique to reduce air bubble interference. To utilize this method, press the plunger all the way down to the third stop position (all the way down), partially submerge the plunger in the liquid, and slowly release the plunger all the way back to the top, aspirating the liquid into the tip. Place the pipette tip against the receptacle’s wall and press the plunger to the first stop, holding the plunger in place while removing the tip. You will now have a sample of liquid in the tip that will not be included in the measurement. You can then continue after repeating the aspiration technique.
Pipette with many channels
A multichannel pipette uses the same technology and approach as a single channel pipette, except it may hold more than one tip at a time. Because the liquid is aspirated from the same well into several channels at the same time, you must guarantee that the levels of aspirated liquid are equal before the liquid can be dispensed into your tubes or plate wells. Although the approach is identical to that of a single channel, the result is vastly different:
Set the desired volume and install the proper tips for each channel.

This capacity of multi dispensing saves time and labor. The repeat pipette dispenser is not the same as a regular pipette.
